At Artisan, we take pride in the quality of our gourmet products; however, due to the perishable nature of our food items, we can only accept returns for products that arrive damaged or defective. If your order is not up to our high standards, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a resolution.

    Our quality assurance team will review your claim within 24 hours to determine if a replacement or refund is appropriate.

    Resolution
